Ken Marzinsky, MBA

Tosin Dada, Ph.D (Principal/CEO)

Dr Tosin Dada is the lead principal and CEO of GMJ. He has over 15 years of exposure in analytical instrument development and applications in bioanalysis. He brings diverse experience in separation, spectroscopy, optics, mass spectrometry, fluidics, and biopharmaceutical analytical development. He is a leader in development of capillary electrophoresis techniques with notable contributions.

Advisors

Paul Latta, MBA

Mr. Paul Latta serves as an advisor to GMJ on business, finance, and investment matters. He has over 25 years of investment experience in equity research at Seattle-based investment banks. He spent over 15 years on various separate account products and hedge funds with assets totaling over $10 billion. He has participated in over $1 billion in corporate finance deal flow at an analytical level and as lead syndicate manager, including equity and debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions in both the public and private markets. Before getting his MBA at Harvard Business School, Paul worked as a chemical engineer specializing in instrumentation and control systems.

Roslyn Hendriks, DVM, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Hendriks serves as an advisor to GMJ on business and investment matters. She is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with proven success in founding and rapidly growing new life sciences companies. She has coached executives and corporations, and served as an Independent Director on both private and non-profit boards. Her experience includes success in angel, seed, venture, and high net-worth backed start-ups. She was the founding CEO and President of Immunexpress Global Group, Seattle from 2006 to 2017. During her tenure, she managed the development, regulatory clearance (FDA) and commercialization of the Medtech Innovation award-winning medical diagnostic technology, SeptiCyte, and raised over $40 million in dilutive and non-dilutive capital.

Ken Marzinsky, MBA

Mr. Marzinsky serves as an advisor to GMJ providing guidance on product development and commercialization strategy. He is an experienced startup manager. He has created and successfully exited several startups in the laboratory supplies market. He held leadership positions at Eaton Corporation and Triangle Biomedical Sciences where he served as president for 5 years. He currently owns and manages the medical products supply chain company, Springside Scientific, overseeing product development, sales, and marketing. Springside supplies over 500 products to some of the largest distributors globally. He holds a B.S. in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of Business and a Harvard M.B.A.

Jeff Chapman, Ph.D.

Dr. Chapman serves as an advisor to GMJ. He is an internationally recognized strategist and entrepreneur possessing strong scientific technical knowledge. He has over 30 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostic markets and a proven track record in sales, marketing, and manufacturing operations. He is an expert in the field of Microscale Separations and Capillary Electrophoresis. He led the Beckman Coulter/AB SCIEX CE business for over 20 years and successfully took several CE. technologies to the Biopharma market.

Erik is the inventor of Intabio’s microfluidic-based innovations and is responsible for advancing and expanding Intabio's technology platform.

Don is responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources, facility and manufacturing operations activity at Intabio.

Robert Anj, Ph.D

Lena is responsible for defining the vision, corporate and business strategy and has led the company through multiple financings.
