Tosin Dada, PhD

Principal & CEO

Dr. Tosin Dada is the lead principal and CEO of GMJ. He has over 15 years of exposure in analytical instrument development and applications in bioanalysis. He brings diverse experience in separation, spectroscopy, optics, mass spectrometry, fluidics, and biopharmaceutical analytical development. He is a leader in development of capillary electrophoresis techniques with notable contributions.

Paul Latta

MBA

Advisor

Mr. Paul Latta advises on business, finance, and investment matters. He has over 25 years of investment experience in equity research at Seattle-based investment banks. (click to expand)

He spent over 15 years on various separate account products and hedge funds with assets totaling over $10 billion. He has participated in over $1 billion in corporate finance deal flow at an analytical level and as lead syndicate manager, including equity and debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions in both the public and private markets. Before getting his MBA at Harvard Business School, Paul worked as a chemical engineer specializing in instrumentation and control systems.

Roslyn Hendriks

DVM, PhD, MBA

Advisor

Dr. Hendriks advises on business and investment matters. She is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with proven success in founding and rapidly growing new life sciences companies. (click to expand)

She has coached executives and corporations, and served as an Independent Director on both private and non-profit boards. Her experience includes success in angel, seed, venture, and high net-worth backed start-ups. She was the founding CEO and President of Immunexpress Global Group, Seattle from 2006 to 2017. During her tenure, she managed the development, regulatory clearance (FDA) and commercialization of the Medtech Innovation award-winning medical diagnostic technology, SeptiCyte, and raised over $40 million in dilutive and non-dilutive capital.

Ken Marzinsky

MBA

Advisor

Mr. Marzinsky advises on product development and commercialization strategy. He is an experienced startup manager, having created and successfully exited several startups in the laboratory supplies market. (click to expand)

He held leadership positions at Eaton Corporation and Triangle Biomedical Sciences where he served as president for 5 years. He currently owns and manages the medical products supply chain company, Springside Scientific, overseeing product development, sales, and marketing. Springside supplies over 500 products to some of the largest distributors globally. He holds a B.S. in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of Business and a Harvard M.B.A.

Carol Berry

Carol has over 25 years of executive management and commercial experience in the diagnostic, medical device, and life science industry. She has been successful in identifying opportunities and guiding companies on how to position their solutions in the most lucrative manner possible.

She has served as an Independent Board of Director for a diagnostic and life sciences organization bringing operating and commercial experience needed to formulate strategic and achievable goals. Carol also has served on the board of  a diagnostic/precision medicine software company that utilized AI powered analytics with biomarker data for personalizing treatment decisions. Ms. Berry has been a member of the Women’s Business Leaders in Healthcare organization and served on their Advisory board for 10 years. In addition, she is a member of the Precision Medicine Coalition striving to bring cutting edge solutions to patients. Carol has held executive roles as a Chief Business Officer for a specialized Clinical Research Organization, Senior Vice President and General Manager of a genomic services laboratory, and was one of the top fifty General Managers at LabCorp. Carol received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and MBA from University of Dallas in 2004.

Our CeMAX UVTM utilizes the OptoESITM interface to provide robust and efficient analysis. Integrates UV absorbance and MS responses that are almost in sync. Multiple capillary cartridges for high-throughput and/or high-resolution analysis. Enables analysis with 1 μL or less sample volume. Allows unlimited protein characterization approaches.

Our proprietary OptoESITM interface permits coupling sensitive optical-MS detection with CE separation. It enables efficient coupling of UV absorbance or laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) with MS analysis.
